Colour Mill's water-based food colours allow you to achieve flawless, bright and wonderfully bold colours for your cakes. Colour Mill food colours allow the colour to spread into every part of a water-based medium. The result is stunningly bright, rich and even shades that do not fade. It is particularly suitable for all water-based foods such as macarons and the like. The colours also work great in flower pastes, gum paste, modelling pastes, marzipan, baking mixes, pastries, icing and more.

Not only will your cakes look stunning, but with Colour Mill you get more colour for your money. The high concentration means you use much less than you normally would for even brighter and more colourful results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to achieve the shade you want.

The bottle is equipped with a dosing cap that increases dosing accuracy. Please note that the pigments used in each color vary in weight. Some weigh more than others, but all colors are the same strength and are filled to the brim.

Shake well before use. Be patient, the colors develop over time in the medium.
